• Reception :

The reception desk is available 24/7. 

• Phone calls:

To call the front desk, dial 9. For outside calls, dial 0 followed by the desired phone number. To contact another room, dial 1 followed by the room number.

• Departure: 

On your departure day, you may keep your room until 12 noon. If you wish to keep your room longer, please inquire at the front desk the day before your departure.

• Co-working space: 

A co-working space is available for your use on the hotel’s ground floor.

Restauration

• Breakfast: 

From Monday to Friday, breakfast is served from 6:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. in the breakfast room. On weekends, breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Room service is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. by contacting the reception, with an additional charge of €5.

The continental breakfast is €22 (includes baguette, pastries, butter, jams, and your choice of accompaniments).
The express breakfast is €10 (includes pastries and a hot beverage).

• Snacks: 

A selection of snacks, dishes (charcuterie board – €14, cheese board – €14, mixed board – €21), and beverages is available from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.To place an order or view the menu, please contact the reception.

• Luggage

You can leave your luggage with us at any time.

Adapters are available at the reception for a deposit.

• Baby items

We have a crib available for children under 2 years old, a changing mat, a high chair, and a bottle warmer. All services are complimentary, subject to availability.

• Amenities kit 

We have amenities available at the reception (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor) as well as slippers.

• Pillows and towels 

Pillows in two sizes (65x65 cm and 45x79 cm) are available upon request at the reception, as well as extra towels.

• Wake-up call

Please contact the reception to schedule your wake-up call.

• Irons and ironing boards

Irons and ironing boards are available at the reception with a refundable deposit.

• Fitness accessories

Fitness accessories (yoga mats, 1 kg weights, Pilates rings) are available at the reception with a refundable deposit.
