Reservations can be altered free of charge and cancellations are accepted up to 2 days prior to arrival. 

Cancelling reservations booked on Bookin.com, Expedia.com or another distributor website :
Please contact the distributor in question directly because we do not have the possibility to directly modify your reservations on these platforms, unlike reservations made on our own websites.

Reservations for groups, travel agencies and event hosting : 
Our sales team works closely with the hotels and can currently be contacted via email: bookings@royalgardenparis.com

What about catering? 
We offer various room service offers and partnerships. You can opt for the gourmet recipes of Dassai x Robuchon, the dishes of the restaurant Le Christine or the jars of Boco.
